ALL PRECINCTS VOTE AT FAIRBANK ON ELECTION DAY
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 54, Section 24, the Town of Sudbury has consolidated polling locations. Town Hall is no longer an Election Day voting location. Precincts 4 and 6 will vote at the Fairbank Community Center, along with precincts 1,2,3, and 5.
Know Your Precinct
Voters at the polls on election day will check-in to get their ballot and check-out to cast their ballot at their designated precinct tables. Voters are encouraged to verify their precinct number in advance. Please visit the Secretary of State’s Where Do I Vote Election Information Search to verify your precinct.

Vote By Mail
Voting by Mail is available for the 2024 Presidential Election. The last day to request a vote by mail ballot is Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 5 pm. If you have requested “All Elections,” then you do not need to send a new application. Visit Vote By Mail Applications to learn more.

Returning Your Ballot
To return your mail-in ballot, you can mail it, put it in the drop box located at the back entrance of the Town Clerk’s Office, or bring it into the Town Clerk’s Office.
PLEASE NOTE: USPS recommends that you mail back your ballot at least one week before 11/5/24.
2024 Presidential Election Ballot Return DEADLINES
- If returned in person or by drop box: 8 p.m., November 5, 2024
- If returned by domestic mail: by 5 p.m. on November 8, 2024 (must be postmarked by Election Day)
- If returned by mail from outside the United States: 5 p.m. on November 15, 2024 (must be postmarked by Election Day)
Notice of Advance Removal and Depositing of Early/Absentee Voting Ballots
In accordance with the VOTES ACT, Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, the Town of Sudbury will be opening and depositing Early Voted and Absentee Ballots on the days and times listed in this notice: Advance ballot process notice-S.E.
ACCESSIBLE VOTE BY MAIL
Accessible vote by mail ballots are available for certain voters. If you are blind or have a vision impairment, have a mobility or dexterity disability, or have another disability that makes it difficult for you to mark a paper ballot, you can request an accessible vote by mail ballot.

EARLY VOTING
In-Person Early Voting is available to all registered voters who prefer to cast their ballot prior to election day. Early Voting takes place at Town Hall and ends on Friday, November 1 at 12PM. Please see below for dates and times.
